Title Sponsorship - $10,000.00

  • Two teams – four players each team to play in the event
  • Option for tabling – Designated area for table/tent setup at Hole 10 to provide information to tournament attendees; Premier table/booth at the SWCOA Health Fair

Raffle items

Our players and health fair attendees need your company to show them some love for attending! Please contact us if you would like to donate gift card(s) or other items as a raffle prize and your company will be recognized as a raffle sponsor. 

We would ask that partners consider two raffle items. This will allow one to be used for the golf tournament and one for the health fair. We also recommend baskets are roughly $125 value and at least $25 within each gift card. 

Golf Tournament Swag Items

All participating organizations are encouraged to provide swag items that will be included in our tournament gift bags that will be handed out at the tournament. 

In-Kind Donation:

T-shirts, media announcements, lunch, and dinner. The amount of your contributions will match the level of sponsorship. Receipts will be sent out for the value of your contribution.
